We want you to be fully satisfied with your STORROR gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bags and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
